Interface ProjectList

The ProjectList is included in the attachment of the ConnectionData in the LoginSuccess signal.

It is a map of project id to :

a map of builds BuildMap.
The ordered list of builds, from most recent to oldest.
A project name.
The project id (same value as the key to the map).
